Portland, Oregon Real Estate Market Data
With the help of TrendGraphix I have collected the market data for the five principal areas of Portland. Trendgraphix collects the data from our local Multiple Listing Service the RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service) and collates the raw data into five easy to read graphs. Each graph is followed by charts representing the raw data.
The graphs cover a 15 month period. They include single family homes and condominiums. They will be updated each month when the new data is made available. The new data usually comes out in the middle of the following month. For example: June data will be released around July 15th. I will update the graphs at that time.
